"I cannot say enough good things about Hometown Tire. Kennon, Chad, and Jacob were incredibly thorough, professional, kind, and honest from the moment I got there. I came in after being told elsewhere that my tire could not be repaired and that I would need to spend around $700 on a replacement. Instead of immediately trying to sell me something, the team at Hometown actually took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain what they found, and give me an honest solution.
That level of integrity and customer service is hard to come by. They made me feel like they were focused on keeping me safe and doing what was actually necessary, not simply making a sale. After the experience I had earlier in the day, the difference in attention to detail, honesty, and workmanship was impossible to miss.
Hometown Tire has absolutely earned my business from here on out. If you want people who are knowledgeable, transparent, thorough, and genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

"Very appreciative of the staff & facilities here. I went after work showing up about 20 mins before closing. I was greeted promptly by employee who without hesitation said they could look at my flat tire. They found a nail in it. They repaired it without pushing any sales on me and refused to charge me for their service. I was in and out in about 12 minutes. Thank u so much & God bless u all."
"It was my first time coming here and they greeted me at the door with a smile on their faces. They asked me what I need and got me taken care of pretty quick. My car ride so smooth. By far the best in town. Thanks guys!"
"This company is amazing. I had a flat in the middle of nowhere Alexis Flores road side assistance technician drove for an hour from Wolfforth and put on for new tires in less than 45 minutes. If anyone needs new tires I would suggest going to them. Great customer service and affordable prices, five stars. Jeanette Bownds."
"I called them. They didn’t answer but they called me back within 10 minutes very professional, very nice. Gave me a quote and showed me pictures of my brakes and there was no pressure or them trying to just make a sale. They asked if they wanted to continue or if I wanted to go look somewhere else. Highly recommend."
